Booking Counselling

An initial consultation provides an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to counselling and whether we feel we are the right fit to work together.

Choosing to begin counselling is entirely your decision, and I encourage you to ask any questions before making that commitment.

Fees and Payment

Current fees will be discussed before counselling begins and confirmed prior to your first session. Payment is requested by bank transfer before or on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.

Confidentiality

Counselling sessions are confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken if:

• there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person

• there are safeguarding concerns

• disclosure is required by law

• information is requested by a court order

Wherever possible, I will discuss this with you before sharing information.
